If you live in southern Ohio and have a sustainable living/homesteading skill you would like to teach, we want to here from you!

All In Ohio has joined with Harvested Here founder and executive director Dan Gray to coordinate the roster of class and workshop presenters for this year’s Harvested Here event on Aug. 16 in Hillsboro.

The Harvested Here Farmers Market and Festival features a weekend of music, entertainment, sustainable living and homesteading exhibitions, plus the local farmers market, and vendors that include local businesses and farms.

We are interested in people to teach classes on canning, dehydrating/freeze drying, beekeeping, how to get started with raising chickens, fermentation, distilling water and vinegar, and how to make soaps and salves, honey, salsa, and hot sauce.

If you are interested, please call Jeff Louderback at 937-846-6032, or reach out to the All In Ohio Facebook page or the Harvested Here Facebook page.

The collaboration between All In Ohio and Harvested Here is a natural fit since All In Ohio is an online publication and resource for sustainable living and rural living in the Buckeye State based in Highland County, and Harvested Here is a Highland County festival celebrating locally sourced food and local homesteading.

All In Ohio offer how-to and expert tips stories from experienced homesteaders, farmers, and people who practice sustainable living. Our site also posts stories about churches and faith-based Ohioans, small towns and interesting places in Ohio, profiles on homesteads and farms, news about events, and features about history and the outdoors.

All In Ohio will cover Harvested Here closely along with helping coordinate the event, so workshop presenters, vendors, and musicians will get abundant publicity.
