I recently had a customer who asked what herbs he could use to replace his vitamin supplement. I suggested dandelion and nettle leaf.
“Dandelion?” you say, “You mean like that stuff that grows in the yard?”
Yes, precisely that! Dandelion leaf is actually an incredible herb bursting with vitamins, minerals and nutrients including vitamin A (more than carrots), calcium (more calcium in a only a half cup of dandelion than a whole cup of milk), and iron (more iron than spinach). Dandelions are also high in fiber, antioxidants, vitamin K, and vitamin C. It also helps support healthy skin, kidneys, liver, and good iron levels. It has been useful in assisting the body to naturally cleanse and purify the blood!
Then I pair it with Nettle leaf. Nettles are high in calcium, magnesium and zinc, and have a salty flavor to them. Other notable nutrients include: chromium, copper, fatty acids, folate, iron, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silicon, sulfur, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, C, and E.
You can use these wonderful herbs to make a tea infusion or add them to a shake or smoothie. However you prefer them, they are a great way to get the added vitamins and minerals you need naturally.

I have these two herbs in stock if you’re interested in purchasing them. Blessings friends!
